Leeds v Norwich preview

Leeds head into the second leg of their Championship play-off semi-final as odds on favourites to reach the Wembley next week and secure an instant return back to the Premier League after just one year back in the second tier following their relegation last season.

Both sides ended the season on slightly dry runs of form, with Leeds winning only one of their last six games, losing three of their last four ahead of their 0-0 draw in Sunday’s opening play-off leg at Carrow Road.

Daniel Farke’s side went winless in their last three matches at Elland Road but still managed to pick up the second most points at home across the Championship season.

Despite the winless run, the Yorkshire side are the bookies’ favourites to win next week’s Championship play-off final having finished third in the table, and even headed into the final day of the regular season still with the possibility of securing automatic promotion.
