Lewis vs Nascimento: What has been said?

Lewis was praised for his weight loss ahead of his last fight and he explained how he managed to trim down.

“I guess you could say the training, the running,” Lewis said.

“I didn’t use to run back then. I’m running damn near every day.

“Back then, I was just doing Stairmaster – 30-minute Stairmaster – and just hitting mitts three rounds or five rounds, however many rounds my fight was back then.

“That’s all I was doing. That’s it. I was doing no jiu-jitsu or nothing like that. But now I’m doing everything.”
