Taylor’s Dublin homecoming had been seven years in the making but her fairytale ending went up in smoke as she lost on points.

Taylor will have a chance to avenge her only defeat when she returns to Ireland for a second shot at Cameron’s undisputed light-welterweight belts.

The ‘Bray Bomber’ is still aiming to become a two-weight undisputed champion but Cameron’s undefeated record now stands at 18 wins and she will prove a fearsome challenge to overcome once again.

Taylor vs Cameron 2: What has been said?

Taylor hit back at claims she was considering retirement after her defeat to Cameron.

Taylor said: “It would have been a terrible way to bow out.

“I love these kind of fights, love the pressure situations.

“For sure, losses are always very tough to take. I am a competitor who loves to win. I train to win so a loss is never easy but I am just so grateful I have another chance in this rematch.”

Cameron said: “Last time out I pulled off one of the best-ever away wins against the best female fighter on the planet.

“To go over to Ireland for her homecoming with my belts on the line and beat her was a brilliant experience, but beating her on November 25 will surpass that as I know what to expect now.”
